I’m in the military going on 2 years and they’re trying to hand down a fradulent enlistment due to traffic and small credit debts that I’ve had. The job is not even a Top Secret or Secret job. What’s next?

It has nothing to do with a security clearance. If you lie when you enlist even if you would have been able to enlist with the issues you have that is a fraudulent enlistment.

If they find that your enlistment was fraudulent they will discharge you, no try about it.

Im pretty sure that you know UMCJ by now being two years in. You will probably be discharged due to lying. Or they might be able to work something out with you.
